This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Nectar Digit Pvt. Ltd. We are committed to fair and transparent practices. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Service-Based Nature of Our Work

Nectar Digit provides custom IT and digital services — web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, SEO, AI solutions, and more. Because our services involve significant human effort, expertise, and time investment, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

2. Advance Deposits

  • Most projects require an advance deposit (typically 30–50%) before work begins.
  • Advance deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced, as they cover initial resource allocation, planning, and setup.
  • If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a partial or full refund of the deposit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Milestone-Based Payments

  • For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
  • If you choose to cancel mid-project, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Recurring Services (SEO, Digital Marketing, Maintenance)

  • Recurring service subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
  • Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • Unused portions of prepaid packages may be refunded at our discretion.

5. Grounds for Refund

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Nectar Digit fails to deliver the agreed deliverables within the specified timeframe without reasonable cause.
  • The delivered work materially fails to meet the written specifications agreed upon in the project contract.
  • Duplicate payments made in error.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

  2. Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domain registration, hosting fees, paid advertising budgets, premium plugin licences).
  • Rush fees or expedited service premiums.
  • Completed and client-approved work.

8. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms & Conditions.
